We are pleased to announce that Cecilie Bay Pedersen and Henning Brandt has been employed at Norbech as Sales Manager and Sales & Service Manager.
New energy to the Norbech team
As a part of the new sales strategy at Norbech we have upgraded our organization to fit the demands and challenges we are facing on a global marketplace. Our CCO, Peter Fredborg Nielsen, has set a new course for Norbech including among others a new way of approaching the traditional role and skills of our Sales managers. The key driver is a customer driven and service-minded approach with focus on managing expectations and development together with the customers.
With this in mind an improved service setup has been identified as a key element of supporting the customers, before, during and after a contract is made with Norbech.
In execution of the new Norbech sales strategy we have made to new employments.
Our new Sales & Service Manager position is filled by Henning Brandt. Henning has previously been employed by Marel in a similar position in addition to a strong background in KAM and sales. With extensive knowledge of the service field and a commercial mind-set, Hennings main focus will be development of our Aftersales and service segment while also maintaining the commercial sales in German speaking markets.
New Sales Manager Cecilie Bay Pedersen has been employed with the main focus of developing the sales to both new and existing customers. Cecilie Bay Pedersen comes from the electronics industry, where she spent 10 years building a successful business within a German company. She has extensive commercial experience within technical sales, relation building and driving a growth strategy.
We look forward to on-boarding our two new employees to the team and look forward to executing on the new sales strategy together with Cecilie and Henning.
