The automatic skinning machine is designed to process small and medium size fillets from various white fish types.
The skinning machine is made for the purpose of leaving as much silver on the fillet as possible.
Technology
The machine has two pressing rollers that make it possible to process two fillets at the same time. The automatic skinning machine V1688 can be provided with only one pressing roller to be used as a single lane skinning machine.
