The packing table is constructed for the packing of fillets. The stainless steel table is the perfect addition to the Fresh Slicer DL 250.

Hygienic packing table for up to 12 operators
The packing station is developed for 6 operators. Depending on the operational setup and required capacity, the table can be customized to accommodate up to 12 operators.
At each packing station there will be one container for cardboards and one for vacuum bags. This will save time for each operator.
The packing table can also be used along with existing double lane slicers.
Technology
The table is constructed in FDA approved materials and AISI 304 stainless steel.
Round pipes are used for the construction to avoid bacteria accumulation on the surface of the table, making it the hygienic choice for packing of fillets.
